In the event of a breach of the protection of personal data, the operator of the www. zaplana. si website will take internal and external measures (technical, organisational) to protect the rights and interests of the data subject, will inform each of the affected persons and will inform the competent supervisory authority in the Republic of Slovenia.
General Terms and Conditions
The General Terms and Conditions for the Experience form an integral part of the agreement concluded between iMatring d. o. o. (hereinafter referred to as the Organiser) and the Guest who has expressed an interest in the Zaplana Green Experience via the contact form on the website www. zaplana.si.
1. CONDITIONS FOR ENQUIRIES AND RESERVATIONS
Any user of the website who submits an enquiry via the contact form undertakes that the email address entered is active and valid. The same applies to a registered telephone number. This authorises the Organiser to contact the Organiser for the purpose of checking and informing the Organiser about the enquiry and any reservation. In the event that the User is not reachable by e-mail or telephone or provides an incorrect or invalid e-mail address and/or telephone number, the Organiser reserves the right not to respond to the message received via the contact form.
2. RIGHT TO PRIVACY
The Organiser undertakes to protect all personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1). All data obtained via the www.zaplana.si website will be used exclusively for sending enquiry documents, booking, information material, offers, invoices and/or other necessary communications.
The Organiser will always use its best endeavours to ensure that the information published on www.zaplana.si is up-to-date and correct. However, it may not be able to update the information in time. The Organiser is not responsible for typing errors.
Guests submit their enquiry to the organiser via the contact form on the website www. zaplana. si or by sending an email to email@example.com. Please fill in the contact form with your name, e-mail, telephone number and the date of the experience you want to book. The organiser contacts the guest based on the message received and, based on their wishes, needs and the number of other guests they may have, designs the experience and provides the guest with a price offer. All prices are in EUR. Once the guest confirms the offer, he/she enters into an agreement with the organiser, which is also the booking confirmation and contains the details of the experience. Guests are required to provide accurate information about themselves and any other persons travelling with them at the time of confirmation. In the event of incorrect information, the guest is liable for any costs incurred as a result of the incorrect information provided.
Payment shall be made by bank transfer to the Organiser’s bank account on the basis of an invoice or invoice in advance. The organiser has the right to cancel the reservation if payments are not settled by the agreed date.
6. CANCELLATION OF THE EXPERIENCE
The guest has the right to cancel the experience. If the guest cancels the experience, this must be done in writing. In case of cancellation, the organiser is entitled to reimbursement of the cancellation costs. Cancellation charges depend on how many days before the date of the experience it is cancelled.
– over 20 days free cancellation
– from 20 to 10 days 30% of the price of the experience
– from 10 to 5 days 50% of the price of the experience
– from 5 to 3 days 80% of the price of the experience
– less than 3 days 100% of the price of the experience
The cancellation fee is charged as a percentage of the total price of the experience, regardless of the proportion paid up to the date of cancellation.
7. SELLING EXPERIENCES BY PHONE OR ONLINE
In the case of telephone sales of experiences, the contract is deemed to be concluded when the guest orders the experience by telephone or online, including the name and surname of the guest and the other participants, and agrees on payment into a transaction account. The guest is obliged to pay the advance payment for the ordered service within 24 hours of the order, unless a shorter or longer period is agreed in each case. In the event that the guest fails to make payment within the agreed time limit, the agreement will be deemed not to have been concluded. In the case of payment, the guest is deemed to have accepted the terms of the General Terms and Conditions when he/she orders the experience by telephone.
8. THE ORGANISER’S OBLIGATIONS
The organiser is obliged to provide the services provided for in the experience and to look after the rights and interests of the guest, in accordance with good business practice. This applies to your own services as well as to the provision of third-party services (accommodation, tours, etc.).
9. REASONS FOR CANCELLATION BY THE ORGANISER
In accordance with applicable law, the organiser reserves the right to cancel the experience in the event of weather conditions, administrative measures or force majeure. The organiser reserves the right to cancel the experience at the latest 7 (seven) days before the event. In these cases, the Organiser will not pay any compensation claims. In case the organiser cancels the experience less than 7 (seven) days before the event, the guest is entitled to a refund of the price paid for the experience.
The Organiser reserves the right to make changes if unforeseen circumstances (changed timetable, weather conditions, etc.) require it and to inform the guest in good time.
10. COMPLIMENTS, COMPLAINTS AND COMPLAINTS

11. JURISDICTION OF THE COURT
The guest has the right to complain directly to the organiser about the services ordered and/or provided. If the customer is not satisfied with the resolution, the Ljubljana District Court has jurisdiction to resolve the dispute.
